The US Air Force has tapped Missouri-based Q-Net Security to further its battlefield communications modernization. The project includes encryption enhancements and network resilience tools using the company’s Q-Box hardware and Q-Net Policy Manager software. Unlike traditional software-based protection, these solutions rely on “hardsec” technology to minimize cyber risks. The deal reflects the USAF’s emphasis on secure, high-speed data exchange essential for rapid deployment and mission agility.
