The US State Department has approved a proposed $440 million sale of over 1,000 TOW missiles to Saudi Arabia. The Kingdom is set to receive 507 TOW 2A and 507 TOW 2B missiles from Raytheon. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency stated that the deal will boost Saudi Arabia’s capacity to counter present and future threats.
