Patria officially inaugurated its F-35 production building at the Halli site in Jämsä, Finland. The facility will handle the large-scale assembly of forward fuselage sections for the F-35 and will contribute directly to the aircraft’s international supply network.
The new production site, scheduled to be completed by autumn 2025, forms part of the industrial cooperation tied to Finland’s F-35 acquisition. The programme not only strengthens Finland’s security of supply but also offers significant positive impacts on the national economy.
The new assembly line is expected to support up to 150 jobs at Patria after the ramp-up, with production anticipated to commence in the spring of 2026.
