The NSA has authorized L3Harris’ latest Rover ISR terminals for secure use by allied militaries, opening access to encrypted US tactical networks for approved partners. The certification covers the Rover 6Sc and Tactical Network Rover 2c, enabling foreign users to share live intelligence and operational data directly with US forces. Previously, international customers were restricted to downgraded export versions. With advanced waveform support, smart frequency switching, and compatibility with crewed aircraft, UAVs, and targeting pods, the newly cleared Rover systems significantly enhance coalition interoperability and battlefield awareness across joint and combined operations.
