Stavatti Aerospace has entered the NCAD debate with its SM-39 Razor concept, proposing a large-scale, high-performance sixth-generation fighter for the U.S. Navy. Although still conceptual, the proposal adds pressure to ongoing Navy deliberations around F/A-XX by presenting an alternative vision for future carrier aviation.
