Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) has announced a contract award from the U.S. Government for the production of Generation 4 TADS/PNVS sensor systems, supporting the recent FMS sale of AH-64E Apache helicopters to Poland. This procurement marks the first inclusion of the Common Sensor Electronic Unit (CSEU) and Generation 2 Turret as baseline sensor components for the AH-64E.

The Gen 4 TADS/PNVS system will provide Apache pilots with superior long-range target acquisition, precision engagement, and night vision capabilities, enabling mission success under various conditions while keeping the aircraft at a safe standoff distance.

As part of the contract, Lockheed Martin will also work with Polish partners to set up a Special Repair Activity (SRA) center in Łódź at WZL1, enhancing Poland’s capability to maintain and support its Apache fleet locally.

This sensor acquisition further demonstrates Lockheed Martin’s dedication to equipping international partners with advanced, reliable technologies to ensure mission readiness in complex operational environments.
