Kosovo, Albania, and Croatia are joining forces on defense. They plan shared arms purchases, joint training, and coordination against hybrid threats like cyberattacks. The plan will be endorsed this September. NATO and the US support it, but Serbia objects, saying the move could create a “bloc” in the Balkans.
