LG Electronics and Korea Aerospace Industries have agreed to jointly develop next-generation flight simulator displays using LG’s Magnit micro-LED technology. The system features a 3.9-meter curved screen that enhances realism, situational awareness, and depth perception. Micro-LED panels provide higher brightness, lower latency, and improved durability. The collaboration supports South Korea’s push for immersive, networked simulators, with applications for the KF-21 Boramae, T-50 Golden Eagle, and the Republic of Korea Navy’s virtual-bridge simulator.
