Iveco Defence Vehicles will deliver 658 more logistics trucks to the Italian Army, expanding a previous order to 2,111 vehicles with deliveries continuing through 2039. The new units follow the 2024 contract for 1,453 platforms and will be built to IDV’s latest standard military truck configuration. Vehicles will fill roles including general transport, water and fuel distribution, container transport, recovery missions, and towing. IDV will also provide sustainment and technical support to ensure availability. The expanded fleet will gradually replace older platforms and streamline logistics operations across a wide range of mission profiles.
