At IDEX 2025 in Abu Dhabi, the Kalyani Group of India debuted a 155 mm/45 caliber mounted gun system. The Multi-terrain Artillery Gun (MArG) is the first 155 mm system in the world that is mounted on a 4×4 high mobility vehicle. Guns with a caliber greater than 105 mm are either mounted on at least 6×6 vehicles or are not deemed appropriate for wheeled platforms.
