The US State Department has given its approval for a $160 million foreign military sale to Greece, providing F-16 engine support services. This comprehensive package is designed to ensure sustained operational readiness and includes engine maintenance, spare parts, ground handling equipment, software, logistics, and technical documentation. The US Defense Security Cooperation Agency stated that this sale will contribute to both national and international security by strengthening Athens’ capabilities and enhancing NATO’s security in the Eastern Mediterranean.
