Saab has secured two Airbus contracts worth a combined €549 million to equip German Eurofighters with its Arexis electronic warfare suite. One order extends a 2024 agreement for Eurofighter EK integration, while the second adds AI technologies developed with Helsing, pending approval. Deliveries run from 2025–2028. Arexis, featuring GaN AESA arrays and DRFM technology, replaces existing wingtip pods and enables jamming of advanced radars. Fifteen aircraft will receive the EK upgrade, along with 20 new Tranche 5 jets.
