For its air force, Sweden has purchased Embraer C-390 Millennium transport planes. The agreement, which was made public at a defense and aerospace fair in Brazil, calls for four airframes that would be utilized for quick troop and equipment transfers in both domestic and foreign operations. The fleet will be finished at Embraer’s plant in São Paulo, with deliveries scheduled to start following the conclusion of contract talks between the business and Stockholm.
