Airbus Defence and Space was given a contract by the French defense procurement agency (DGA) to build a communications network for the French surface and underwater fleets. Between 2028 and 2032, the 480 million euro ($502.7 million) project will involve the integration of the capability into over 80 ships, along with its assembly, deployment, and operational maintenance.
