A joint €15-million contract will see Finland and Sweden acquire CNHF radios from KNL by year-end. The manpack radios use real-time spectrum sensing and adaptive transmission, maintaining secure connectivity in environments without GPS or satellites. Capable of supporting encrypted voice, data, and multimedia across wide ranges, the radios integrate with tactical systems and require just a day’s training. The acquisition strengthens both countries’ resilience in secure communications under contested conditions.
