To provide an integrated maritime electronic warfare (EW) self-protection suite for the frigates of NATO European member nations, the Israeli defense titans Rafael and Elbit Systems have joined forces. The solution will combine Rafael’s state-of-the-art decoy countermeasures with Elbit’s cutting-edge DESEAVER MK-4 Naval Decoy Control & Launching System (DCLS).
