Denmark’s Ministry of Defence has procured threat emitter simulators to provide realistic radar threat scenarios for its F-35 pilot training program. These simulators replicate adversary signals and behaviors, improving operator proficiency in high-threat airspace. The decision is part of a larger strategy to strengthen Denmark’s air defense capabilities as the country modernizes its air force. The new simulators complement the recent arrival of four F-35A jets, bringing the fleet size to 15. With six more scheduled for delivery by 2026, Denmark continues its transition to a modern, fifth-generation aerial force.
