Stavatti Aerospace has presented its SM-39 Razor concept as a potential contender for the US Navy’s NCAD initiative, outlining a high-speed, low-observable aircraft designed to succeed the Super Hornet. Featuring a triple-fuselage layout, the platform is intended to support extreme supersonic performance while accommodating directed-energy weapons and modular cockpits for manned or autonomous missions. Stavatti projects a production run of at least 600 aircraft and has proposed establishing a new US manufacturing facility to support long-term fleet delivery and sustainment through the 2030s.
