BAE Systems Hägglunds and GDLS-Canada have joined forces to compete in Canada’s DAME program, offering the BvS10 Beowulf to replace the BV206 fleet. The dual-body, amphibious vehicle can carry up to 14 personnel or 8,000 kg at speeds of 65 km/h while operating in Arctic, muddy, sandy, snowy, or muskeg terrain. The program, valued at CAD 250–499 million, will procure medium, high-mobility, year-round Arctic vehicles in four variants, with deliveries expected from 2029 to 2032.
