Origin Robotics, a Latvian defense business, has unveiled “BLAZE,” an autonomous, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered counter-drone system created to identify and eliminate high-speed aerial threats.
Compared to expensive missile interceptors and conventional air defense systems using guns, BLAZE offers a more affordable option. As regional security issues worsen, Origin Robotics hopes to strengthen its position in the European and NATO defense markets with the introduction of this technology.
