Additionally, Italian company Saipem rolled out Hydrone-D, an autonomous underwater vehicle for the Italian Navy equipped for mine detection and neutralization missions at significant ocean depths. Hydrone-D’s suite of sonars and explosive payload options underline advancements in underwater autonomous defense technologies.
