In a deal with the Polish Ministry of Defense, the army will receive 80 improved versions of the KTO Rosomak armored personnel carrier. The tactical vehicle is ordered in a larger chassis dimension with a ZSSW-30 remote-controlled turret, Spike anti-tank guided missile launcher, amphibious capability, and a modern engine as part of the 4.3 billion Polish z?oty ($1 billion) project. With the help of state-owned businesses Rosomak and Huta Stalowa Wola and the private defense contractor WB Group, the fleet will be produced. Warsaw anticipates receiving the platforms from 2027 to 2028.
