As part of its Future Littoral All Terrain Mobility – Patrol Vehicle (FLATM-PV) program, the Netherlands has chosen Oshkosh Defense to manufacture 150 Dutch Expeditionary Patrol Vehicles (DXPV). The Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), which Oshkosh created and built as the replacement for the US Army’s High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheeled Vehicle (Humvee), is the model for the DXPV.
